How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free express delivery and returns in the U.K.  Click here to see our discounted rates to Europe and other countries.

Can you gift wrap my purchases?

Yes, all of our dresses will arrive wrapped in tissue with satin ribbon and MyTwirl sticker.  You can also add a personalised card with your special message by entering your message where prompted in your cart. There is no additional cost for this service. You can purchase a special keepsake box for your gift by adding a keepsake box to your cart on each product page. Design MyTwirl dresses arrive in a special keepsake box free of charge.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we have online vouchers available to purchase on our website for all of our products.  For any amounts not listed, please email us at info@mytwirl.co.uk.  Gift cards come in a wrapped box and any amount over £100 will be sent to the recipient for free.  For electronic gift cards, please email us at info@mytwirl.co.uk.

How do I know what size to buy?

Click here to take a look a look at our size chart.  We offer 4 sizes: 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, 9/10 & 11/12 and we aim to stay "true to size".

What happens if I am out when the postman tries to deliver?

For UK deliveries, usually a card will be left and re-delivery will be attempted the next day. If the parcel cannot be delivered it will be returned to us. In that circumstance, we will contact you to arrange sending your parcel out again. For deliveries outside the UK, you will need to contact your local postal service to arrange redelivery. MyTwirl is not responsible for arranging redelivery overseas.

Is there VAT on my order?

Children's clothing is zero rated for VAT purposes in the UK, therefore you will not be charged VAT for purchases in the UK.  For purchases outside the UK you may be charged VAT or duty.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using our secure online system with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna and online gift cards. We do not currently accept cheques or cash for online purchases. Cash or cheques can be used if purchased in person.

What do I do if an item does not fit or I don’t like the colour?

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund or exchange.  Please inform us of your decision via e-mail to info@mytwirl.co.uk within 14 days of the delivery of your package. A full refund or exchange will be made, provided we receive the returned goods complete, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging within 7 days of your email. 

For returns within the UK MyTwirl will provide pre-paid postage.

For all returns outside of the UK, except if the item is faulty, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return postage. We strongly recommend that you send your goods by registered post, and retain the receipt.  We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.  

Design MyTwirl dresses are bespoke items and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
